Unfailing kindness. Do you know someone has drawn you with that type of kindness? You may not feel that way, but feelings or emotions do not change the facts. You may be single or single again through widowhood or divorce, and yet, someone has drawn you with unfailing kindness.
No matter what your marital status is, God loves you with an everlasting love and has drawn you with unfailing kindness. His kindness doesn’t depend on your mood or his. He doesn’t question whether you deserve it. He simply draws you to himself. Unfailing means never changing or ending. That’s why God doesn’t draw you with unfailing kindness one day and drop you the next. His kindness is never changing or ending.
Kindness means generosity or hospitality. God is not stingy and doesn’t limit how much kindness he extends to you. He doesn’t turn his back on you because you’ve asked him for too many blessings. He is a generous God.
Since God is a gentleman, he doesn’t drag you or force you into a relationship with him. He draws you to himself. He waits patiently for you and will never tell you, “If I can’t have you, no one else can.” He will not threaten you to scare you into accepting him.
In short, God loves you. You are his valentine. As we approach Valentine’s Day, remember that someone has drawn you with unfailing kindness, and that someone is God the Father.
Jeremiah 31:3 “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving kindness.”
Dear God, thank you for drawing me to you with unfailing kindness. Help me to realize what that means in my daily life. Amen.
What will you do this week to respond to God?

Where is the scripture in New Testament Jesus told the disciples lovingkindness i have drawn thee
Tonya Harmon, it is Jeremiah 31:3 in the NIV. For some reason, I didn’t see this sooner. I’m so sorry. Please forgive me.
Yvonne
