Dr. Sandra Sessoms-Penny believes her greatest achievement came when she joined the military after high school and designed a new life for herself.
Her parents and grandparents were migrant laborers and lived a rough but honest life. When her parents divorced, Sandra did all she could to help the family. She developed a work ethic that remained the same: a solid education and hard work were the keys to success.
After a successful career in the United States Air Force, Sandra didn’t retire and sit back in a rocking chair. This military veteran with a vibrant outgoing personality pursued other dreams.
With her passion for life and helping others, Sandra Sessoms-Penny graduated from George Washington University, Old Dominion University, Troy State University, Montgomery and Saint Leo University and became a licensed educator in the classroom and school administrator at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
A woman with boundless energy, she also became an online faculty member and facilitator for two universities, an accomplished motivational speaker and workshop/seminar presenter.
Still pursuing other dreams, Dr. Sandra Sessoms-Penny also became a Certified Professional Coach, a management consultant, and an educational consultant.
She started her own business, Inevitable Growth Life Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Through her I-GROW Coaching Academy, she offers coaching courses, a newsletter, monthly group coaching calls, a MasterMind group for coaches, and specialty certifications, such as business and career or military transition.
Her philosophy is that people should do something they enjoy doing. She helps people to live their best life by making better choices and accepting responsibility for their lives.
Coach Sandra says, “I am living my best life now victoriously and with joy.”
